The Digital GP service can be accessed worldwide. However, prescriptions can only be issued in certain locations due to local regulations. We recommend checking our list of supported countries before you travel to confirm both consultation and prescription availability.

A digital copy with a digital signature uploaded in the consultation chat.
Belgium (BE)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
An e-prescription sent by email via Ordoclic and uploaded in the consultation chat.
Brazil (BR)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A digital copy with a digital signature uploaded in the consultation chat.
Bulgaria (BG)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A digital copy with a digital signature uploaded in the consultation chat. The patient
also receives a prescription code to present at the pharmacy
Croatia (HR)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A scanned paper prescription uploaded in the consultation chat. Printing is
mandatory to use it in the pharmacy.
Czech Republic (CZ)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
An e-prescription with a QR code uploaded in the consultation chat.
France (FR)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
An e-prescription sent by email via Ordoclic and uploaded in the consultation chat.
Germany (DE)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A scanned paper prescription uploaded in the consultation chat. In some cases,
pharmacies may require direct confirmation from the doctor.
Greece (GR)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A scanned paper prescription uploaded in the consultation chat. Printing is
mandatory.
Ireland (IE)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A digital copy with a digital signature uploaded in the consultation chat. If the
pharmacy’s Healthmail is provided, the prescription may be sent directly to the
pharmacy.
Italy (IT)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A digital copy with a signature uploaded in the consultation chat.
Malta (MT)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A digital copy with a digital signature uploaded in the consultation chat.
Netherlands (NL)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
An e-prescription sent by email via the national e-prescription system and uploaded
in the consultation chat.
Poland (PL)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
Residents receive an e-prescription code by SMS and in their patient account.
Non-residents receive a digital prescription with a barcode uploaded in the patient
account.
Portugal (PT)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A digital copy with a digital signature uploaded in the consultation chat.
Spain (ES)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
An e-prescription sent by email via REMPe and a digital copy uploaded in the
consultation chat.
Thailand (TH)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
A digital copy with a digital signature and instructions uploaded in the consultation

How will the patient receive the prescription?
A digital copy with a digital signature uploaded in the consultation chat.
United Kingdom (GB)
How will the patient receive the prescription?
An e-prescription code from Clynxx sent by email. Instructions are uploaded in the
consultation chat.
Other countries
What happens in countries without local prescriptions?
In countries where local prescriptions are not available, the doctor may issue
a cross-border prescription. Outside the European Union, acceptance cannot
be guaranteed in 100% of cases.
Are there countries where neither local nor cross-border prescriptions are
available?
Yes. This applies to: United States of America, Canada, Indonesia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, China, North Korea, South Korea
What will the patient receive in those countries?
The doctor will not issue a prescription. Instead, the doctor can provide
medical recommendations and suggested medications in the consultation
summary.
