If you lose access to Onsi, then your access to the Savings Pot through the Onsi app will end. Once your offboarding has been processed, you will no longer be able to view, manage, pay into, or withdraw from the Savings Pot through the Onsi app. Your Savings Pot will be closed, and your savings will be sent back to your nominated bank account - usually, this is completed within one business day of your account being closed.
