The best way to see what you’re covered for is through your Onsi account which you can do through our App (Apple🍎) (Google🤖) or our website.
From the home page, look for the Insurance section, which is shown below 👇
Here you’ll see the types of cover you’ve been included for, for more information select the cover you’d like to check.
You’ll then be brought to a page for the cover you selected:
In some cases, the cover will vary over time and based on the level of access you were included for. Select the cover period that applies to you for more information.
You’ll then be brought to a page that shares more information about what you are covered for and what’s provided. This page pulls information from your insurance documents, which is where the full details of the cover are available. You can access these yourself by selecting the Documents option.
The insurance coverage offered varies based on the company that has included you for access to Onsi. This means you may not have access to the options you’ve seen in this article.
