You’re free to change your mind at any time and cancel your policy. However, your policy can not be cancelled independently of the Onsi Worldwide Travel Club. So if you wish to cancel your cover you will need to cancel your full Onsi Worldwide Travel Club Subscription.
The subscription autorenews on a monthly basis. If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time during the first 14 days of commencing your Subscription Bundle without giving a reason at any time. If you cancel during this period and have not made a claim, we will refund the fees in full. However, if a claim has been made, no refund will be made.
Following the 14 day cooling-off period and after the 3 month minimum term, you can also cancel your Subscription Bundle at any time. Cancellation will take effect at 23:59 hours on the day prior to when the next monthly payment would have been due.
