If we are unable to collect a Monthly Premium payment on the due date, we will let you know and try again seven days later. If the payment still doesn’t go through,, you will be notified of the consequences of failure to pay Monthly Premiums and a final attempt will be made 14 days after the original due date.
If we're still unable to collect the payment, your policy will unfortunately be cancelled from the original due date — but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Just a quick heads up - if we do have to cancel your policy due to payment failure you will be unable to purchase the cover again.
