Your access to Onsi is based on the information we receive from the platform you work with.
Each platform has its criteria to decide who they want to provide access to. They then update us with any changes. If you are not included in the most recent update we've received, you'll lose access to your Onsi account.
If you meet the criteria set by your platform before the next update they share with us, then your access will be restored.
If you aren't sure why you've lost access, please reach out to the platform you work with and they will be able to clarify this for you.
