If you've requested to delete your Onsi account but have changed your mind, you can cancel the request during the 30-day grace period.
How to Cancel
- Open the Onsi app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap the red banner that shows Account Deletion Scheduled.
- Tap Cancel account deletion.
- Confirm your choice.
Your account will remain active, and you can continue using Onsi as normal.
Important
- You can only cancel the deletion request within the 30-day grace period.
- Once this period ends, your account and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
