Yes, you can close your account if you wish.
If you have the Onsi app then you can delete your account by selecting 'Account' and then 'Delete account'
If you do not have the Onsi app then please get in touch with us and we'll arrange this on your behalf. You can email us if you would prefer: support@onsi.com
Once a request is made to delete your account you will be emailed with confirmation of this. There is a 30-day grace period before your account is deleted permanently. If you've requested to delete your account and want to reverse this, please let us know within the grace period. At the end of the grace period, you will receive an email confirming your account has been deleted.
Please note: Deleting your account with Onsi will not prevent the company you work with from continuing to share your details with us, which could mean that you are invited again. To avoid this situation, please contact the company you work for and ask that they don't share your details with us going forward.
