Try the steps below to resolve the problem:
Close all Nord Account tabs and try logging in again through the NordVPN app.
Make sure you are entering the correct email address and password.
Try using an alternative login method, such as Google or Apple ID.
Disable pop up blocking for nordaccount.com by selecting the site information button next to the URL and opening Site settings.
Check that automatic time syncing is turned on in your device settings. If it is not, enable it.
Enable cookies for nordaccount.com.
Change your device’s default browser to a different one.
Temporarily pause any security software or ad blockers.
Change your device’s DNS servers to NordVPN.
Reset your NordVPN password.
