Before you begin
Make sure you have:
A NordVPN account with an active subscription
The NordVPN app installed on your device
Step 1: Open the NordVPN app
Locate the NordVPN app on your device and open it. If you do not have the app installed yet, install it first using the setup guide for your device.
Step 2: Enter your Nord Account credentials
On the login screen:
Enter the email address linked to your Nord Account
Enter your password
Select Log in
Step 3: Use an alternative sign in option (optional)
If you prefer, you can sign in using:
Google
Apple ID
These options appear on the login screen.
Step 4: Confirm you are logged in
Once login is successful, you will see the main NordVPN dashboard with options to connect to a server.
If you cannot log in
If login does not work, try the following:
Check your email and password for typing errors
Reset your password using the Forgot your password link on the login page
Try using a different default browser if the login page opens in a browser window
Make sure your device has a stable internet connection
