Common symptoms
NordAccount only shows the “The password you entered is incorrect. Please try again” message.
After selecting “Log in,” you are taken back to the login screen.
Troubleshooting steps
Try each step and then check if you can log in.
Carefully check your email address and password for typing errors.
Try logging in using a different default browser.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the NordVPN app.
Reset your password:
Go to the Nord Account login page.
Select “Forgot your password” under the “Log in” button.
If you already entered your email, a reset link will be sent automatically. Otherwise, enter the email linked to your NordVPN account.
Check your inbox for the password reset email.
If you cannot find it, look in your spam or junk folder.
Select “Reset password” and follow the instructions on screen.
Log in using your new password.
