In the first instance you should call Zurich Assist on the number shown. However, if you choose to make a claim online please include the following documents below. You can upload them directly through the app as part of your claim submission, or, if you need to send them later, please use the email address that Zurich will provide once your claim has been received.
- Original receipt or booking invoice for new flight.
- Original booking invoice for any unused pre-paid excursions confirming date and amount paid.
