To support your delayed baggage claim we will want to see the following documents, feel free to add them to your claim submission or if they need to be sent on later then please refer to the email address that Zurich will share with you once claim has been received.
- Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from the carrier or their handling agents.
- Letter from airline confirming reason and length of delay and when item(s) were returned to you.
- Original itemised receipts for any emergency purchases made.
