Troubleshooting steps
1. Perform an IP or DNS leak check
Go to the NordVPN leak test page to confirm your DNS and IP address are secure.
2. Change your DNS settings
Switch to a public DNS such as Cloudflare or Google DNS. This can resolve network blocks.
3. Check if your ISP is restricting VPN traffic
Try a different network such as mobile data. If it works there, your ISP may be blocking VPN traffic.
4. Reset your router
Restart your router to refresh the connection.
If possible, reset it to default settings and reconnect.
5. Try wired internet
If you are using WiFi, switch to a cable connection for stability.
