Troubleshooting steps
1. Check Kill Switch settings
If Kill Switch is enabled, the app may block internet access after disconnecting.
Turn off Kill Switch and test again.
2. Restart the app and device
Restart both NordVPN and your device to refresh the network connection.
3. Reset your network settings
Reset WiFi, mobile data, and network preferences on your device.
4. Change DNS settings
Switch back to automatic DNS settings or try public DNS servers.
5. Reinstall NordVPN
A fresh installation can fix configuration issues that block your connection.
