Troubleshooting steps
1. Change your VPN protocol
Switch between NordLynx and OpenVPN in your app settings.
This often solves stability or connection issues.
2. Choose a different server
Connect to a server in a nearby country for better performance.
Avoid connecting to overloaded or distant servers.
3. Limit the number of devices on the same server
If too many devices are connected to the same server:
Use different servers
Or use different VPN protocols on each device
4. Avoid double VPN or specialty servers
If connection issues occur, switch back to regular servers.
