The evidence that you’ll need to submit varies based on what you are claiming for. You’ll be advised what documentation is required at the very start of your claim. We recommend ensuring you have all the documentation required before you start your claim. As you make your claim you will be given the chance to upload any documents, photos or videos you may have.
As an example, if you are claiming after sustaining an injury you will be asked to:
- Confirm your personal information
- Confirm your usual work hours

Supply a note from your doctor that confirms the diagnosis and expected recovery time
- Supply your bank information for payment
