When submitting your claim you will be given the opportunity to share any documents or evidence which we will pass on to the claims handler reviewing your claim.
There are situations where you might have additional documents/photos/evidence that you'd like to be included as part of your claim after submission. There isn't an option for you to do this directly through your account.
If you have been contacted by a claims handler who has asked for this then you can respond to their message directly.
If you haven't been contacted by a claims handler then please contact us, share any documents you have and we will share them on your behalf.
