Once you've submitted your claim, we will check to make sure you are eligible. We'll then pass your claim on to a claims handler for review. The claims handler will then reach out to you directly to ask for any additional information.
It typically takes around 10 working days for a claim to be reviewed.
This timeline can and does vary based on a range of factors. If your claim is approved then you can expect the payment to reach you in approximately 5 working days. If you have any concerns about your claim then please feel free to get in touch and we can check up on it for you.
