From the point that you've submitted your claim, you can expect to be contacted by a claims handler within a few working days.
Once they've double-checked that you've sent through all the right info and documents, it usually takes around 10 working days to review a claim. In more complicated cases it can take longer than this. We'll let you know the outcome either way, so keep an eye on your emails.
If your claim is approved, you'll receive payment within 5 working days. If you've got any questions on your claim in the meantime, please feel free to get in touch.
