From the point that you've submitted your claim, you can expect to be contacted by a claims handler within a few working days.
Once they've double-checked that you've sent through all the right info and documents, it usually takes around 10 working days to review a claim. In more complicated cases it can take longer than this. We'll let you know the outcome either way, so keep an eye on your emails.
