Follow the steps below to confirm that the correct eSIM is active on your device.
For iOS devices
Open Settings and select Mobile Data.
Choose the eSIM you want to use.
Make sure Turn On This Line is switched on.
Once this is enabled, your selected eSIM will be active on your device.
For Android devices
Open Settings and select SIM cards and mobile networks.
Scroll down and select Manage eSIM.
Choose the eSIM you want to use and confirm that it is enabled. If it is not already enabled, turn it on.
