If your eSIM is not connecting on an iPhone, try the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Enable data roaming
Go to Settings and make sure Data Roaming is turned on for your eSIM.
- Check your mobile data settings
Confirm that your device is set to use the eSIM for Mobile Data.
Go to Settings > Mobile Data and select the correct line.
- Refresh your network connection
Turn Airplane Mode on and then off again, or restart your device to establish a new connection.
- Manually select a supported network
Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection and choose a supported network manually.
