This error appears when an eSIM is already installed on your device or when the installation was only partially completed.
Check if the eSIM is already installed
In many cases, the installation has completed successfully even if this error appears. Go to your device settings and check whether the eSIM is already listed and active.
Remove and reinstall if needed
If you see a partially installed eSIM in your settings, delete it. Then scan the QR code again to complete a fresh installation.
